We do not directly collect personal data through this website. The site has no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no account system. We do not use marketing cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising scripts.

[ 03 — Visitor analytics ]

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate visitor patterns (page views, referrers, country-level geography). Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personal identifiers. No personally identifiable information is stored.

[ 04 — Hosting ]

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the site, standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, request path, timestamp) may be processed by Vercel as part of the hosting service. These logs are retained per Vercel's standard policy. For visitors in the EU/UK, Vercel relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

[ 05 — Email correspondence ]

Emails sent to contact@northwind-commerce.com are received and stored by ProtonMail (Proton AG, Switzerland), an end-to-end encrypted email service. Emails are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted. See Proton's privacy policy for details.

[ 06 — Your rights (EU/UK residents) ]

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding any personal data we process.
